This month’s Cocktails & Conversations is for the visionaries shaping the future of Virgin Islands hospitality.
This night is dedicated to challenging myths, reframing the narrative, and getting real about what it takes to build exceptional teams in our hospitality industry. Whether you’re a chef, server, manager, hotelier, or simply someone who cares about how we welcome the world, this gathering is for you. Let’s connect, sip, and share strategies for turning service into an art form.
We’ll be joined by an insightful panel of industry leaders and our dynamic host, Tricia Homer, for a conversation on how to recruit, hire, train, and keep top-tier talent. Together, we’ll celebrate local skill, uncover proven strategies, and commit to building workplaces where people want to show up and thrive.
This isn’t just an event—it’s a catalyst for stronger teams, better service, and a creative economy that benefits us all. If you believe in the power of Virgin Islands voices and want to see this movement grow, your presence and your support make all the difference.
