DPNR TCORP Public Forum

The Division of Territorial Parks and Protected Areas (TPPA) within the USVI Department of Planning and Natural Resources (DPNR) is updating the Territorial Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan (TCORP) for 2026–2036, and public input is an important part of the process!

The updated plan will guide future priorities for outdoor recreation, open space protection, infrastructure, programming, and resources across the U.S. Virgin Islands. Led by an Advisory Committee, the Horsley Witten Group project team will be visiting St. Thomas, St. John, and St. Croix from August 1–10, 2026 to gather community input.
