Food is pretty good but it's hard placing a call for a pick up order. Not the brightest atmosphere either.

The storms of 2010 were not kind to this beautiful stretch of beach, but Mimi and crew have worked tirelessly to restore it to its former pristine condition.

If you want a casual atmosphere with good food, great drinks, the game, and fun folks, try this spot. I saw a lot of old friends while I sipped on a great rum punch. They also have great daily deals!

Sounds like the nachos and the BBQ are the things to get. On our visit the fried wings and coconut shrimp were over fried for the price. Nice atmosphere and great drinks though.

I've always liked Cultured Pelican. I think it's a combination of the ambience and Italian food. Overlooking the northshore, there is a lovely view of buck island and the nearby islands can be seen on clear days. There's a nice breeze and the Italian music just mellows it out. The food was never explicitly bad, but never completely stood-out as awesome. It's classic Italian cuisine and now that the main chef has changed, the menu has improved. I love the frozen drinks and the bar is extensive. The desserts are superb! This restaurant is cozy and very quaint. Perfect for a romantic getaway due to it's private location.

If ever there was a place that could be coined the "hidden treasure" of St. Croix, Rhythms (aka Rainbow Beach Bar) has got to be it! Put simply, the food is amazingly great! From American to seafood, I've had burgers to fried-oyster wraps! Don't get me started on the drinks! The bartenders have heavy-hands and are skilled-to-the-teeth and are ever-so-happy to mix your fav drink. This is the local lime' on a Sunday with live music, a huge beach, jet-ski rentals, volleyball net and a chance to catch a greenflash sunset!.. The only downfall is that at some point you got to leave to go home :\

Lost Dog can be considered one of the best "watering holes" out west. They've got an extensive bar and even though the decor is rugged, it suits the atmosphere and I've always felt 'safe' when patronizing there. The pizza here is the eye-catcher!!! The wide variety of ingredients allow you to customize anything you want! From playing pong, arcade games, the jukebox or even writing your names on the wall (they supply the chalk!), Lost Dog is a great place to hang! SideNote: They only take cash.

Brew Pub is considered by most locals to be the most famous "watering hole" in Christiansted town. With it's microbrewery they have just cause to. The bartenders are on-point and quick to whip-up anything one can imagine. Located on the boardwalk, there's always a breeze and the splashing water makes for relaxing ambience while gazing at the nearby sailboats. There's even an upstairs bar with a patio for better views. The food on the menu is somewhat lacking and seems to just get in the way of the alcohol. Hahaha! Honestly speaking, they have a variety of goodies to choose from with the blackened mahi Caesar salad and orange-lemon oysters being my favorites. A late-night menu makes this place a safe-haven for the local drinker. There are a variety of nightly entertainments, ranging from 'the game' on tv or a live band jammin'. Come here on a Tuesday or Friday for a serious party!!
