Worst customer service ever. No biscuits, no mash potatoes, no Mac n cheese. Bring security with you too.

They were out of pretty much everything on the menu. Workers were extremely rude and even rolled eyes multiple times. Worst fast food experience ever!

Awesome beach with occasional excitement when the pirate boat excursions arrive. Location shoot for "Benjamin Button" movie.

My favorite resort on St Croix. The rooms are not fancy, but they are all directly on the beach and have kitchens. This is by far the most affordable resort on the beach, a great combination!

This was the most awesome place to stay!! Staff was extremely friendly & the rooms were just like camping. I was very happy being there for Thanksgiving. Cafe Concordia makes delightful food! This a must place to stay to experience the beautifulness that St. John offers.

Best deal on STT! Rooms are comfortable (but could stand to be updated), food is very good, views are amazing, and staff (especially Janet, the karaoke hostess, and Carolyn, the pool bartender) are friendly and personable. It is close to great dining in Red Hook and to some spectacular beaches, too. This resort features a spa, pool with waterfalls and beach access, miniature golf course, a sailboat, free water activities at the beach, a large and well-equipped workout room, a small casino, several on-site restaurants, a swim-up bar, and an all-inclusive package. You won't find a better deal in the Virgin Islands. This was my seventh trip here, and I will continue to come back. The grounds are lush and well-maintained, and you can truly relax in paradise here. While it does lack the polish of more exclusive resorts, it makes up for that in comfort and friendliness. As far as I am concerned, Sugar Bay is one of the secret treasures of the Caribbean. (Picture is the pool area at sundown.)

Always disorganized, JetBlue passengers exit thru the northwest door to board the air craft on the east side and AAirlines passengers exit the northeast door to board on the west side!!! And boarding at the same time, it was a crisscross mess!!!! Somebody ought to tell these pilots how to park the aircrafts, yup I know it's not the pilots. At least I got a laugh while boarding.
