It is a non profit donation-based studio offering yoga, meditation, dance, energy work, movement, tai chi, trauma relief, workshops and more. Funding is used to promote mindfulness programming for the local community, including children's classes in the local public schools and summer sailing and mindfulness camps for local kids.
