OVERVIEW
Located 15 minutes from downtown and the airport in a mountaintop valley overlooking the harbor. Villa Botanica is a rental facility venue hosting anything from corporate incentive events to meetings to office parties to special events and weddings. The venue has open-air, alfresco-style dining with surrounding buildings and sugar mill situated in a 5-acre historical estate and botanical garden.

Nestled high in the volcanic peaks of St. Thomas, this site was originally part of the 150-acre Plantation St. Peter. Today, the Greathouse displays examples of West Indian architecture and furniture. The lush Botanical Gardens and nature trail feature streaming waterfalls, tropical bird aviaries, fish ponds, more than 20 varieties of orchids and 150 species of Caribbean plants and fruits.

VENUE DESCRIPTION
Located 700 feet above the beautiful Charlotte Amalie harbor in St. Thomas, Paradise Point offers spectacular views. The St. Thomas Skyride aerial tramway transports guests up to Paradise Point.

The George and Tom Fazio designed course offers 18 challenging holes culminating in the spectacular “Devil's Triangle,†the world-renowned signature holes on the Atlantic Ocean. The pro shop is fully stocked with equipment, accessories and rentals.

One of St. Thomas's greatest attractions, Coral World has long been a favorite among visitors and residents. Park goers can swim with sea lions, Sea Trek along the ocean floor, encounter turtles, sharks and stingrays, feed the lorikeets, snuba and more. Other highlights include the Undersea Observatory Tower built 20 feet underwater and the Marine Gardens gallery of 21 aquariums.
